The CEM DT-5503 1000V Analog Insulation Tester is an analog tester with an easy-to-use design that can perform insulation tests up to 1000V, continuity tests and short-term AC voltage measurements up to 600V.
It can safely perform insulation tests up to 400MΩ at test voltages of 250V, 500V and 1000V.
For continuity tests, it allows you to do it practically in 3Ω and 500Ω steps.
It can measure up to 600V AC voltage for 30 seconds and thus, it is checked whether there is a voltage at the relevant points before the insulation test. Insulation tests are not performed under voltage.
