CEM DT-70 Cooking Oil Quality Meter (Total Polar Materials)

The CEM DT-70 Cooking Oil Quality Meter (Total Polar Materials) is a handy measuring instrument for quick testing of cooking oils. It can display the temperature of the cooking oil and the TPM value.The TPM value (Total Polar Materials) provides an explanation of the aging of cooking oils due to heat effects.

It is completely water and dust resistant thanks to IP68 protection. You can easily wash the device under water.
