GPS-2100+ Series Function Generator

The designs in the modern day can often be complex, demanding a variety of stimulus signals during test. The GPS-2100+ encompasses a number of clever circuitry techniques to make sure signals are accurately re-produced.

• EasyPulse shows no one-reference-period-jitter compared to standard DDS generators
• Low jitter -- less than 100ps cycle-cycle RMS jitter
• At a frequency of 1Hz, the generator can output a pulse with a rapid rising/falling edge (6ns), however, the ordinary DDS pulse edge is very slow at the millisecond level.
• At 0.1Hz pulse, Easypulse edge can have a wide range of adjustment; the minimum edge is 6ns and the maximum edge can be adjusted to 6s. The ordinary DDS pulse edge adjustment is more restricted.
