The CEM DT-3891G Temperature Recorder (4 Channel) is a data logger capable of simultaneously recording temperature readings on 4 channels, offering fast response time and laboratory precision accuracy.

It can be used with K-type and J-type thermocouples and has a high resolution of 0.1°C (0.1°F).

On the large, backlit LCD display you can see all channels individually or examine values such as temperature differences between them. 

You can also see the highest (Max), lowest (Min) or average (Avg) values.

It can record 18,000 pieces of data per channel and report from a computer via USB.
