RFID-Enabled Wristband and Heel Strap Test Device

This device enables the testing, recording, and tracking of antistatic wristbands and footwear (heel straps) used for ESD protection by personnel working in ESD-protected environments, utilizing RFID (13.56 MHz or 125 kHz) identification technology. 

Technical Specifications:  

• User identification with a 13.56 MHz or 125 kHz RFID card (two different models available),
• Wristband and shoe (heel strap) tests compliant with the IEC 61340-5-1 standard,
• Separate control for left and right shoes,
• 4 operating modes:
• Simultaneous wristband and shoe test,
• Wristband test only,
• Shoe test only,
• HandsFree mode (access granted when both shoes pass the test).
• 50V or 100V voltage selection for higher test accuracy,  
• LED display for PASS/FAIL indication after testing,  
• Internal relay providing access control to EPA areas (enabling connection to turnstile and door systems),
• Recording and traceability of test results via Ethernet network,  
• Internal memory that stores the last access and test results,  
• Programmable test limit values and customizable settings,  
• Direct LAN (Ethernet) connection for data transfer and reporting.
